CANCELLATION POLICY
Welcome to The Eye Candy Lash Parlor Each appointment is intentionally reserved to provide you with a personalized, polished experience. As the sole artist behind Eye Candy Parlor Co., I thoughtfully manage my schedule to ensure every client receives the time and attention they deserve. Cancellations Appointments cancelled within 48 hours are subject to 65% of the scheduled service total. Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Rescheduling I understand that plans can change. To maintain appointment availability, the following applies: * 1st Reschedule: Complimentary. * 2nd Reschedule: Original deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit is required to rebook. * 3rd Reschedule: Full service balance must be paid upfront before another appointment can be secured. * 4th Reschedule: Future booking privileges will be discontinued. Deposits and prepaid balances are non-refundable. No-Call / No-Show A no-call/no-show will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service, and future booking privileges will be discontinued. Late Arrivals Arrivals 10 minutes or more late will incur a $20 late fee. Your service may be adjusted to the remaining appointment time; however, the full service price will still apply. Arrivals 25 minutes or more late will result in cancellation and a charge of 100% of the scheduled service. My Commitment to You Your time deserves the same respect I ask for mine. If I cancel your appointment at the last minute, you will receive 50% off your rescheduled service as a courtesy for the inconvenience. This courtesy does not apply to emergencies, severe weather, power outages, or circumstances outside of my control. After-Hours Appointments Appointments requested before opening, after closing, or on my scheduled days off, including Sundays, require a $65 non-refundable After-Hours Fee. This fee is separate from the service total and must be paid when booking. After-hours availability is limited and offered at my discretion. Booking & Payment A valid card on file and required booking deposit are necessary to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your service total and are non-refundable.
